in the last weekVery unprofessional experience. I contacted Derma Plus and booked a 6-session full-body laser hair removal package, which was confirmed in writing. I went ahead with the appointment based on that confirmation. The session itself was good, but when it was time to pay, I was told that the package was no longer available and “not on the system anymore” even after I showed them the conversation clearly confirming my booking. I decided to pay for just one session, since the agreed package was not honored. This was disappointing and shows poor communication and management. If a package is confirmed, it should be respected. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend booking packages here unless everything is clearly reflected on their system beforehand.
