a week agoStay away from this Solea clinic.. please dont waste your time! They dont take clients seriously.. the receptionist who says she is the manager is very rude and unprofessional. They cancelled my appointment without any warning and were rude about it.. no manners!! The place also lacks warmth and positivity when you walk in… they really need to do a better job if they want to build their client base! Luckily i found a nice clinic right next to them and they were so sweet and polite and much cheaper..

5 months agoI had my laser hair removal here and had an amazing experience. My laser technician Rona, was amazing and professional. The whole staff in general were kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend. I will post an update on my laser treatment after I'm done with more sessions and start seeing results.

The receptionist, who is also the manager, works so hard to make everyone feel welcome and have a great experience. The whole team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their clients. Every visit I’ve had there has been positive, and I always leave feeling well taken care of!
