3 weeks agoI am very disappointed with the appointment management at this clinic. Despite being a regular client, my appointment was rescheduled at the very last minute, which is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. If appointments need to be changed, this should be communicated well in advance, not minutes before the scheduled time. Poor coordination and unprofessional scheduling practices like this create unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The results may be good, but the booking and reception system needs serious improvement
