2 weeks agoI called in advance and was given one price, but when I arrived, they suddenly changed it to a higher price. Completely misleading. They also ask you to pay in advance, which is very unusual and uncomfortable — no reputable clinic does that. On top of that, I specifically requested treatment with a Candela machine, but when I got there, they said it’s not available and pushed me to use a different machine instead. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend

2 months agoI rarely leave negative reviews, but when I do it's because something has gone terribly wrong! After my visit to this clinic, with Dr. Nisrin I was left with significant bruising on my eye and lots of discomfort. She said it's the worst she has seen in 15 years! What disappointed me most wasn’t just the bruisr and result, it was the complete lack of follow-up. No one checked in to see how I was healing or if I needed support. The results were far from what was presented during the consultation, and unfortunately, what you see on Instagram is definitely NOT what you get in reality. Professional care doesn’t end when the payment is made in this case (8,000 aed), aftercare and accountability matter just as much as the procedure itself. Today is day 10 - I tried to text several times but my messages remain unread! Update: Management followed up with me and scheduled a visit with the doctor who was both uncaring and unprofessional. I still have a bruise under my eye.

4 months agoThe worst call center ever!!! I had a problem with them where the employee would schedule an appointment based on her mood and cancel it based on her mood too, and I only found out on the day I was ready to go to my appointment!!! And it happened again. What's the point of the service if the call center doesn't act properly!!!!
