Best service from the team! From the moment you walk into the store, they serve you with huge drinks selection and get you seated. I did lash lift and nail mani extensions, the team were so patient and very attentive to details making sure you get top quality!! Would definitely recommend ❤️

Found this salon on Google as I am in desperate need of having a pedicure. Managed to have a same day booking luckily and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The level of comfort and service I received during my visit is amazing.. I just paid for a gel removal and pedicure but I got more than that. Coffee, foot and leg massage. Nexk heat pack.good job👍👍👍will definitely recommend this.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had—from the receptionist, to the second technician, to the customer service team. The service was not completed on time, and despite the client’s clear objection, the receptionist insisted on having two technicians work simultaneously. This resulted in visibly mismatched manicures on each hand. The second technician, in particular, was careless and unprofessional: she left one hand with bumps, uneven nail shapes, and a lighter color because she didn’t bother to apply a second coat of polish. The overall result was poor finishing and two different colors on each hand—completely unacceptable for a professional salon. When we pointed this out, instead of offering a proper resolution, the receptionist became visibly anxious and manipulative. She offered to fix the poor job at a later time, but given the already terrible experience, we refused and requested a refund. Although they initially apologized, claiming the experience didn’t reflect their usual standards, they quickly shifted to playing games—demanding photos of the nails to process the refund, even though their own technicians acknowledged the poor work. By then, the nails had already been removed due to how bad they looked. Nearly two weeks later, they’ve continued to stall, offering empty promises and false reassurances. The entire team has proven to be unprofessional and unreliable. This establishment is a perfect example of poor management and a staff that does more harm than good to the business. A truly shameful experience that I would never recommend to anyone.

Absolutely loved my experience at The Nail Spa! The salon is spotless, the ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are extremely professional. My manicure and pedicure turned out perfect and lasted for weeks. Highly recommended for anyone who values quality and hygiene!

My experience with this salon was absolutely fantastic!! Our first time in Dubai and my daughter and I along with my friend needed some pampering after a long day. We felt spoilt from the minute we walked in. The manager and her staff were so particular and experienced in their services. Highly recommended to visit this one stop pamper shop. My therapist Marichel along with Anja were the best I have had in a long time. Absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to visit again once I am back in Dubai.
