a month ago2025 update: Thank you for the birthday celebration! They sang to me, brought me a tiara and sash and cake with a candle! So fun, appreciate the special service. 2024: Nice salon, love the D3 location, i got basic hair cut and nails done. My daughter loves this salon, I found it good but not amazing. Nails for instance, they didnt have halal polish and no massage included. Prices decent

3 months agoI visited this salon for nails and henna, and I have to say those services were excellent—very neat work and beautiful designs. However, I was disappointed with the hair service. It didn’t feel professional at all, and the results weren’t what I expected. Also, the overall smell in the salon was quite unpleasant, which made the experience less comfortable. Great for nails and henna, but I hope they improve the hair service and salon environment.

9 months agoAs a loyal customer of Pause Salon, I’ve always appreciated the friendly and helpful service. Yesterday, I contacted the salon to book a manicure and pedicure, and as usual, the staff was very accommodating. I called again later to confirm the availability of specific colors—Fiji, Pallet Slipper, and Allure—and was assured they were in stock. However, when I arrived for my appointment, none of these colors were available, which left me disappointed. Although I chose another color, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. Please ensure that these kinds of miscommunications don’t happen in the future, as loyal customers deserve reliable service. Thank you.
