Real Touch Beauty Salon ( Business Bay) Dubai

I’ve been a loyal client of this salon for several years, regularly coming for different treatments and always paying full price. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was beyond disappointing and will be my last. I had an appointment booked for 10:00 AM. When I arrived on time, my technician was already busy with another client. I honestly don’t understand how this is even possible. I was then asked to come back an hour later, at 11:00. What would have happened if I had actually arrived at 11? There is no realistic way the previous client would have been finished within an hour. In the end, I had a pedicure and waxing done, but my nail technician only took me at 1:00 PM. I left the salon at 3:00 PM. What was supposed to be a quick visit turned into an entire day wasted. To make things worse, I was offered a 15% discount as compensation. Honestly, this felt more like an insult than a solution. If not for the salon’s scheduling mistakes, I would have paid half the amount and saved hours of my time. Who is supposed to cover the cost of a nanny? Or compensate for losing an entire day because of poor organization? This is especially upsetting given how long I have been coming to this salon and how much money I have spent here over the years. If you decide to visit, make sure you are prepared to dedicate an entire day even for a simple manicure. And if you do go, I strongly recommend booking only with Lisa or Zhanyl — other technicians’ work has lasted me barely a week. Very disappointing ending to what used to be a long-term relationship with this salon.

The worst experience I ve ever had . I book pedicure with ingrown removed and they done this to my nails , without even removing my ingrown. Very painful and the whole process took 2 h . I don’t recommend this salon!

Excellent service I have received at the Real Touch beauty salon. Hairstylist Grace is amazing, she clearly communicates if the process is gonna damage your hair on a long run and makes sure we are comfortable at the salon. The whole Salon staff is very welcoming. Their gellish nails are too good.
