She understood exactly what I wanted and somehow managed to create the exact hair color I had in mind. The result was even better than I expected — the color is beautiful, natural, and suits me perfectly. You can really tell how skilled, professional, and experienced she is. I’m extremely picky about my hair color, but I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would 100% trust Saida with my hair again! A huge thank you to Carol at the reception as well. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, patient, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She made the whole experience smooth and comfortable and was always attentive whenever I needed anything. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Great service, lovely atmosphere, and most importantly, an amazing result.
