a month agoI booked an appointment to do soft light for my face and we agreed on a price. When I got out, I was surprised by the very different price. When I asked them why, they said, “Because you did soft light for your eyebrows.” Well, where are the eyebrows? They’re not on the face or the back. The expert should have told me before starting the procedure that the eyebrows are not considered part of the face, knowing that I do soft light in several clinics and no one told me this.

a month agoWorst call center agent ever. She booked me at 1:00pm as per my choice. I reached the clinic and there was no appointment. They requested me to wait an hour for the Dr to be free. So i left work early for this appointment for nothing. They dk not respect the clients time. Never coming back.

2 months agoWhen I contacted them via WhatsApp, I was quoted 950 AED for Botox in three areas. I arrived at the clinic, but they didn't have an appointment. The clinic was already sloppy and unhygienic. The doctor looked at my face at the entrance and told me how many syringes to use! I wasn't even allowed into the control room! After the numbing cream was applied, the attendant came and told me the fee was 1250 Dhs. I wiped the cream off and left! I paid 200 Dhs in Talsi for nothing. I do not recommend it at all.
