3 months agoI wish I could give a better review, but my experiences at Cocona have been disappointing. I made an appointment for laser treatments for two people and received confirmation. Despite this, when we arrived, the staff said they had no record of our booking. This happened twice. It's incredibly frustrating to have your time wasted like this. I hope they can sort out their appointment system soon. But the laser at their clinic is so nice and works good

3 months agoI'm really frustrated with Cocona. This was my second attempt at booking an appointment, and both times, there's been a major issue. I booked a laser appointment for two people via WhatsApp, and the staff confirmed it. However, when we arrived, they claimed there was no appointment. This is a huge waste of time and very unprofessional. I'm not sure what's going on with their booking system, but it needs serious improvement.

My skin is brighter, plumper, and more even-toned than ever—no discoloration at all. The glow is unreal! 4 months agoThey double booked my daughter’s appointment with another patient and she waited long then she had to do with another technician it was her 3rd session and got very bad burns and inflammation in the inner skin layer ( Lymphoma ) all over her legs I hope it will not leave black spots on her legs
