Nova Clinic The Palm

I recently visited Nova Clinic located in Palm Jumeirah Mall on Level 1, right next to the main entrance, and the entire experience was excellent from the moment I arrived. The clinic is very easy to access and simple to find, which already makes the visit stress-free and comfortable. The staff at the reception were warm, welcoming, and professional. The clinic itself is very clean, spacious, and beautifully organized. I also really liked that they have separate waiting areas for men and women, with refreshments available, educational newspapers and brochures, as well as easy access to information about all the treatments and services they offer. Everything feels thoughtfully organized and comfortable for patients. I had a Hydrafacial treatment with Judy, and it was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely detailed, professional, and attentive throughout the entire treatment. The facial consisted of several different steps, and each one felt carefully done and explained properly. You can truly feel the difference when someone knows exactly what they are doing. I will definitely be coming back again and would happily recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a real, high-quality Hydrafacial experience at a price that is still affordable and worth it.

I DO NOT recommend getting a GENETIC TEST at this clinic. I had my test done on February 24, 2026, and was told the results would take a maximum of 4–6 weeks, as the samples are sent to the USA (for some reason). Today is exactly 6 weeks, and I still have not received any results. The clinic has been unable to provide a clear timeline and instead keeps sending long, AI-generated WhatsApp messages. It's also worth noting that payment is required UPFRONT on the day of the test, and the price here is significantly higher-about double-compared to other clinics in Dubai offering the same service. I chose this clinic because it's close to my home and assumed that paying more would mean faster results and better service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The service has been average at best, and the clinic did not even inform me about the delay, I had to follow up myself. I will not return and would NOT recommend this clinic to others. I plan to use a different clinic for future tests for my family.

I had a consultation with Dr. Raqiba about the suitability of using peptides for my torn muscle injury and other well being issues, she is truly professional and knowledgeable. Will certainly maintain long term consultations and treatments.
