I booked what was promoted as a Nano Plastia treatment, expecting a nourishing, formaldehyde-free service, but the products used (including a clarifying shampoo marketed for chemical treatments and an “eco reducer” with only step 2 used) did not appear to be genuine Nano Plastia products. This was not properly explained, and I felt misled. After the treatment, my hair became dry, damaged, and started breaking. My black hair color also lifted to bright orange during the process and, even after recoloring, unwanted bright tones remain. I spent 8 hours in the salon and left deeply unhappy. I was also initially told to leave the product on for two days and return to wash it out, which raised further concerns, as Nano Plastia should not require that. I paid for a nano plastia treatment but experienced damage instead. Clients deserve transparency about the products and chemicals being used. I was also sent a WhatsApp video the day before promoting Nano Plastia, which I later realized was another salon’s advertisement, adding to my feeling of being misled about the treatment I was actually receiving. Please check properly all details before you proceed to avoid similar experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon.
