I specifically called before booking and clearly asked for a nail technician who is experienced in proper nail cleaning and cuticle work, but unfortunately the service I received was far from professional. The nail cleaning was extremely weak and basic, almost like a children’s manicure. The technicians seemed unconfident and inexperienced, especially when removing dead skin and cuticles. Everything was done very slowly, carefully in the wrong way, and without proper technique. Even the order of the service felt completely unprofessional — creams and random steps before even properly cleaning the nails. I expected much higher standards from a salon like this. Management seriously needs to train their staff properly, assign qualified technicians to clients, and improve the overall professionalism and organization of the service.
