I underwent a cosmetic procedure at this clinic, and the result was unsatisfactory, causing a noticeable problem on my forehead. To make matters worse, the product used was cheap and of questionable quality, raising serious concerns about the clinic's safety and quality standards. After I followed up with them, they acknowledged the problem and explicitly promised a refund, but unfortunately, this promise was not honored despite my repeated follow-ups. This reflects a lack of credibility and disrespect for patients' rights. Making promises without keeping them and using products of dubious quality is unacceptable in any medical facility. The experience was disheartening, and I advise anyone considering this clinic to be extremely cautious and think twice. The result on my forehead was poor, a cheap and questionable product was used, and the promised refund was not honored. The treatment was unprofessional and the experience was disappointing.
