Kaya Skin Clinic – Burjuman Mall

I had a very disappointing experience at Kaya Skin Clinic, and I would strongly caution others before opting for their premium services. I booked a premium HydraFacial which was clearly explained by the sales team as a 90-minute treatment. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I was told it would only be 60 minutes. This mismatch between what is sold and what is delivered is the first red flag. During the treatment, the experience was far from “premium.” After the exfoliation step, the therapist completely skipped the essential step of applying serums and vitamins, which is a core part of a HydraFacial. Instead, she moved directly to microcurrent and later applied a sheet mask followed by LED light therapy. What was even more concerning was that I was left alone in the room for over 15 minutes during the LED session, with no bell or way to call for assistance. I had to get up and call out for help myself, which is completely unacceptable in a professional clinic. I raised a complaint immediately after the session, and while it was acknowledged, no proper follow-up or resolution was provided. Instead, I was offered unrelated treatments like body contouring, and when I declined, they offered a different facial (aqua radiance), which does not address the core issue. This experience reflects poor service quality, lack of transparency, and inadequate customer care, especially considering the premium price charged. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Please don't waste your hard earned money in this clinic.

I had a very pleasant experience with this Kaya branch. Mica did my laser hair removal session and she was extremely kind and very professional. She made me feel very comfortable. The lady at the reception was also warm and welcoming. I appreciate this kind of customer service. Thank you, and I will be back.

I took a package at Kaya Skin Clinic for my acne and to get glowing skin. They recommended expensive IV drips and treatments, which I still went ahead with hoping for good results. Unfortunately, my package is almost finished with zero improvement. In fact, I started getting more acne after a few sessions, even though my routine remained the same. Honestly, this has been my worst decision—completely disappointed with the results.
