2 months agoThis was honestly the worst experience I have ever had in any salon. Every time I come, I tell myself it will be the last but I give them another chance. Unfortunately, the service keeps getting worse. The receptionist is extremely disrespectful, and the staff overall have very rude attitudes. The last time I complained about something I did not like (which is my right as a customer), they literally told me to leave the salon as if I was not welcome. I decided to try again today and asked to do my hair and nails. The nail technician was rude from the start. I was explaining the nail shape I wanted, and she refused to do it the way I asked, insisting on doing whatever she wanted. What kind of service is that? They brought another technician, and although she was polite, her work was not professional at all. When I went to the reception and explained that I was not satisfied each hand looked different and that I would not pay for the nails because the result was unacceptable, the receptionist started shouting at me and disrespecting me again. I’m sorry, but if she cannot handle customers or stress, then she should not be in this job. She even told me, “Don’t ever come back. You are not welcome and we will not accept you again.” This is honestly the worst salon ever. No professionalism, no respect, and zero understanding of customer rights. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to visit this place. What kind of attitude is this?
