My daughter had upper lip done through wax.There was two big red marks after the wax.The burn was clearly visible, and my daughter had to go to school and attend her golf and tennis classes with this burn. What is even more disappointing is that the staff did not acknowledge their mistake or take any responsibility for what happened. Despite the poor and unacceptable service, we were still charged for it. This is certainly not the level of service we expected, and I would appreciate an explanation and appropriate resolution.
