This is hands down the best place in Dubai if you’re looking for a real, high-quality perm. The result came out even better than I expected — perfect shape, natural look, and exactly what I wanted. The owner was incredibly kind and professional, and the guy working there was just as friendly and skilled. You can tell they really care about what they do and take pride in their work.
