I waited for several minutes, almost like trying to make an appointment at a government hospital, and in the end, I still couldn’t reach anyone. Getting basic customer support should not be this difficult. Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating and disappointing customer experience. I believe the customer service team should be much more accessible and easier to reach.
