a week agoI had a very bad experience, I have booked through class-pass a week before the treatment, the staff cancelled my booking and they mentioned there was an error in the system, they contacted me to re book a gain which I re booked for the same day on a different slots. When I arrived on time they told me the specialist took sick leave and left, no one contacted me or informed that the appointment is cancelled, we called before coming and no one answered.
