2 months agoI didn’t even get the experience, since my husband bought me a voucher to use the spa. I lost it and just found it, long time after the expiry date. I tried to call and nicely ask to use it since this is money we paid, and we didn’t get anything in return. They didn’t. They said it is months after expiry. I had a same experience with another hotel here in Abu Asha I and the voucher was 2 years old and they still honored it because they wanted to gain a client, which I became, and because it is money we paid I don’t understand the concept of money I am paying and getting nothing in return expiring. So from my experience ( or lack of it) I’m not going there ever again and making sure my friends know this when they want to buy gift vouchers.
