3 weeks agoReached out to buy a gift card for a colleague. I clearly asked for a gift card, they confirmed it’s available. I paid, then they said that oh we don’t provide gift cards, rather choose the service you want to gift. Which directly conflicts on the whole idea of gift cards. They could’ve said that before payment, but decided to say it afterward. It took them 4 hours to even answer texts. Don’t get me started on them calling my colleague MY WIFE, when I clearly told them it’s from our team to her.

3 months agoI had an amazing experience at the spa and I want to especially mention Kavitta. She was absolutely wonderful! Her massage was perfect—she knew exactly how to focus on the painful areas, and by the end of the session I felt so relaxed and relieved. She has a great touch and really understands the body. Highly recommend her!
