Her massage was perfect—she knew exactly how to focus on the painful areas, and by the end of the session I felt so relaxed and relieved. She has a great touch and really understands the body. a month agoWe booked a 2.5-hour couples package. The therapists were absolutely excellent — my husband even said it was one of the best massages he has ever had — and they did their best to make us comfortable. Unfortunately, everything else around the experience fell far short of expectations. When I first enquired on WhatsApp, no one responded for hours. I then booked through the Fresha app, only to be called back and told the amount I paid was for one person, not two. Even though the package title clearly stated “for two,” the receptionist insisted it was only for one. While we were already on the way, I called again and a different receptionist admitted I was correct — the package was indeed for two. Wayfinding to the spa was difficult, valet service was very slow, and the receptionist on site was unhelpful. When the payment terminal had a connection error, no alternative solution was offered. We were first asked to pay upon arrival, told we could pay after when the machine failed, but then interrupted halfway through our massage and asked again — which completely disrupted the relaxation. On top of this, the sound system was not working properly, so our entire 2.5-hour treatment was accompanied by distorted audio. While the therapists were apologetic, there was no acknowledgment or apology from reception when we left. Overall, the massages themselves were 5-star, but the wider customer journey — from booking to arrival to payment to ambiance — was poor. For the price and setting, I would have expected much higher service standards.
