Julianne provided excellent and very accommodating customer service from start to finish — she made sure everything went smoothly and made me feel well taken care of. I also had a massage with Suji, which was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for great service and a truly rejuvenating experience!
