2 weeks agoThey have valet service for 3 hours free but from the back side of the hotel not main entrance This was one of the best massages we have ever done in dubai thanks for suchi and patu they were amazing they didn't leave one single muscle didn't massage, one hour relaxing massage and 15 complimentary mins were all amazing . The interior design is just amazing they gave us also private jacuzzi this was a plus Thank you everyone and see you soon will definitely come back Also the tea is just amazing

2 weeks agoThe massage was great, however there is sneaky way to get more money out of us. During booking couples massage was booked, spa menu sent says its 740 and with Fazaa card it will be 50% discount!! Once the massage was done we were told the amount is already discounted which is not mentioned on the menu at all. The girl on the booking call kept repeating the same thing rather than accepting that this should have been informed before. It was a good massage followed by unnecessary conflict of not clear information.
