We have constantly experienced problems with appointment times at this clinic, but today was the last time I went. I arrived at 1:45, and they only called me in for the check-up at 3:15. Truly disappointing.

The reception staff also deserve sincere praise. Every time I visit, I’m welcomed with warmth and kindness. The ladies at the front desk are the most attentive, understanding, and incredibly accommodating, whether it’s helping with booking, guiding me with patience, or simply offering a friendly smile after a long flight or a painful flare-up. It makes a huge difference to walk into a place that feels emotionally safe, not just clinically excellent. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and calming, and I deeply appreciate how every aspect of my care, from aesthetics to physiotherapy, is treated with respect, expertise, and care. Olena..A true specialist, her opinion is medical. Over the course of four months, she helped me change the appearance of my toenails, which had turned yellow due to a collision with the front of my sneakers, causing them to separate and causing fungus to build up underneath. After the treatment, their color returned to normal and they even started growing faster than before. In addition to her likable personality, she always greets you with a smile. I highly recommend going and trying laser toenail resurfacing with her.
