3 weeks agoIt was a terrible experience treating the acne and scars. The result was a big zero and not worth the money and effort. The doctor was unprofessional, didn't explain things properly, and rushed the procedure.

3 weeks agoZero professionalism. I called in advance and was given one price, but when I arrived, they suddenly changed it to a higher price. Completely misleading. They also ask you to pay in advance, which is very unusual and uncomfortable — no reputable clinic does that. On top of that, I specifically requested treatment with a Candela machine, but when I got there, they said it’s not available and pushed me to use a different machine instead. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend.

3 weeks agoThe service was terrible, and their laser equipment was even worse. I had eight laser sessions, and I missed my last appointment. They said I had to pay to get the session done! How is that possible?! Customer service called me once and then disappeared.
