Recently, I visited VA Clinics and had fillers and Botox with Dr. Okba, and I’m honestly so happy with the results! I wanted more defined lines but still a natural look and that’s exactly what I got. Dr. Okba was amazing super kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. Even the recovery was so smooth, no bruises at all! And honestly, everyone at the clinic was so welcoming and nice, which made the whole experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and I would definitely recommend Dr. Okba to anyone looking for natural, beautiful results! ✨

Dear VA Clinic Team, I would like to share my experience regarding the recent model offer at your clinic, as I believe it’s important for you to be aware of how clients and models are treated. I came for a consultation and ended up waiting for over two hours for the doctor. Every 30 minutes, I asked the staff if the doctor had arrived, and each time I was told, “He’s on the way, just 10 minutes more.” Despite my patience, I had to wait the full two hours before the doctor arrived. When he finally came, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay — the consultation lasted only around five minutes. During that time, he marked my face with a marker, explaining where Botox and fillers would be applied. Following that, I was booked for two appointments — the first for filler removal from my lips, and the second (one week later) for the full face and lips treatment, including a photoshoot. However, the day before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the clinic confirming that the doctor would only perform an upper lip treatment, which was completely different from what we had discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. When I politely asked the receptionist to double-check with the doctor, she responded rudely, saying, “This is the information from the doctor,” and made no effort to clarify or help. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I invested my time, came for two consultations, waited patiently for hours, and yet received no respect or proper communication. After this, no one from the clinic contacted me to reschedule or explain the situation. Please understand that this is not my first time participating as a model, but it is the first time I have been treated in such an unprofessional manner. I truly hope you review this internally and take steps to improve communication, time management, and customer care — as your services and reputation depend on it. Kind regards.
