2 months agoI went there for nail extensions because they sent me an offer for 15 AED. I had done the same service before and paid 15 AED, so I expected the same this time. The lady who did my nails (the Black lady) also confirmed the price was 15 AED before starting. But when I went to the cashier, she asked for 55 AED. I told her I took the 15 AED offer, and then she said, “Okay, give 45,” and explained it was because of the color. If the color is extra, they should clearly mention nail extensions + color in the offer. This is very disappointing. The attitude there was also not good—no smiles, no proper customer service. I do not recommend this place.

5 months agoI recently visited and had a great experience. the staff was friendly and professional, and the salon itself was very clean and welcoming. I was really impressed with the results. they took their time and made sure everything was done perfectly. the prices were reasonable for the quality of service, and I appreciated how they listened to what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing beauty treatment.

7 months agoAbsolutely the worst experience. I contacted the salon via WhatsApp beforehand and specifically asked if I needed an appointment. They clearly said no appointment required. However, when I arrived, not only was there no greeting or basic courtesy, but the staff seemed completely unbothered by my presence. There were just two customers and three staff members, yet no one acknowledged me properly. When I asked for a Gelish manicure, the Arab staff member — who was busy with another client — curtly told me I’d have to wait “maybe 1 hour or more.” Why tell me no appointment is needed if you can’t accommodate walk-ins? I waited for about 15 minutes, hoping someone would at least show a bit of professionalism or offer an apology — but I was completely ignored. If you're only welcoming certain nationalities, maybe be honest about that in your ads. Totally disappointed and will not return.
