I made an appointment online for 10:30am. I arrived, the door was open but nobody there. I thought maybe they went for a toilet break so I waited. After 20min still nobody arrived, phone turned off, no response via WhatsApp or Instagram. I paid upfront online and really hope I will get my money back! Waisted a total of an hour of my time with coming, waiting and going back

The best place to waste your time energy and money i took 2 courses by mistake from this salon and at first appointment everything was fine 2nd appointment i arrived and they told me the trainer is not even here surprise then again i booked an appointment and i attended my class and without my permission they took videos and pictures and posted it i asked to remove she said sorry i will remove within few days she posted it on social media again like wow such a management i asked for refund because i didnt like the way they were dealing with me i asked to remove my card since i am not taking another course which was already in tabby she promised me that the money will not be deducted and when time came the money was deducted i try calling they again promise to send it within a day and when i try calling again the manager will not answer because she is always either sick or on leave it took me a whole month running behind her she always cut the call while i am still talking and they didnt gave me my money i asked to give me a service since its been a month and i am asking for my money for the course i didnt even start they again promise to book me appointment for next week and just before 1 day she cancelled both appointments giving such a bad excuse and when i call her she dont answer the calls as usual she is on leave or sick they took all of the money for which they didnt provide any course and they dont want to give the money and the management is literally making a person go crazy the worst experience i have had in my entire life waste of money waste of time

I had my Microblading session today, even though its quit not easy cos I have a sensitive and oily skin but they manage it properly, so far I'm very happy with the results. The fact that I don't have to fill in my brows at all every day is a total game changer, and I am thrilled that even it's my first session it was painless for me. 'I love my new Brows!
