Attention to detail from every staff member that I interacted with. Lena provided a wonderful experience. She clearly knew everything to do with hair. She gave me a consultation and she really understood my hair type. She treated my hair thoroughly and gently. I can’t wait to come back on a regular basis.

in the last weekHi the hairstylist (Lena) is wonderful but the call center is over booking her which is causing a crazy and unprofessional wait time. You are paying a lot for the salon service but I had to wait 45 minutes to start. You call center has to give adequate time to each paying customer and she was trying her best to manage. It creates a stress for client and hairstylist.
