Con artists ! I went in for a simple eyebrow threading, but the staff kept pushing me to buy a lamination + eyelash perm package, insisting that with my Fazaa discount it would come to around AED 260. I was hesitant at first, but the beautician kept assuring me that lamination would look great on me, so I agreed. Unfortunately, I ended up with uneven eyebrows, and when it was time to pay, they suddenly said my Fazaa card was expired and charged me over AED 500. I later checked directly with Fazaa and confirmed that my membership was active — I simply needed to reset the app. So not only did I get a result I didn’t like, but I also paid nearly double what was promised, based on false information. The experience felt dishonest and humiliating. I will not be returning, and I hope management reviews how their staff handle discounts and customer trust.

3 days post biab I went for fixing as I had lots of pain as mostly my nail Is cracked beneath miss zeinab the manager is very rude she said come any other time I can’t do anything for u though this happed from lack of proper biab application and malap cuticle remover was not done professionally worst experience not recommended , I hope they have a management we can speak to they have all my details

Hair trim excluding bangs with hair wash using poor shampoo costs 260 - Hair trim 145 - Hair wash 100 - Excluding : scrub, conditioner, serum 1-poor shampoo was used that doesn’t clean the hair and requires several washes to really clean the hair and I informed her to wash several times or else she doesn’t care 2-it doesn’t Include special treatment or products such as conditioner, scrub or serum after drying the hair After they started washing my hair they informed me about the additional charge for their poor Hair wash100dhs I wouldn’t complain and write this if at least they managed to really wash & apply at least good products ! After complaining that my hair still is not washed good with the poor shampoo they managed to bring Kerastase shampoo. As a favor ! Lack of professionalism in dealing with such issues. suddenly someone jumped when I was at cashier to ask about the service and to clarify the issue however no one have called her and she haven’t introduced her self which seems she came as a defendant and to prevent what might could happen and came to cover up. they fail to be honest from beginning about the worthless hair wash prices. Also I have booked for other services which required long me waiting untill certain time and when that time passed they declined providing the service or I shall wait more due to negligence and lack of management
