a year agoI had a horrible experience with Dr. Karina. Just straight unprofessional. She walks in, I say hi and how are you and she doesn’t say anything, I was telling her about my concerns and she’d just nod her head then proceeds with the service. When it was done, I was asking her again about do’s ans dont’s and she just literally walked out while I was still talking. It was very very quick. There was a lump and I was advised to just keep pressing on it and to massage. I also had a bad bruise that looked like I was punched in the mouth and went on for more than a week. My upper lip was so uneven. I went there excited and hoped for a great result but it was the complete opposite. Dr. Karina seemed to be not in a good mood but that’s not an excuse to be rude and provide the worst service. This is my first time too so the whole experience was a nightmare. Her staff are really nice though, it was just her. Check the only photo I was able to keep as I have deleted all the other photos. It was taken from the other side but you can see the bruising, even the top of my lip that’s not part of my lip was badly bruised. The other photo was after a month and you can see that my upper lip is uneven.
