a week agoVery disappointing experience with this clinic. At no point during my visit was I informed that the filler had an expiration date. Even when I booked previously and couldn’t manage to come, nobody contacted me to mention that the filler would expire. Yet now they keep insisting that they “inform all clients,” which is simply not true in my case. I paid a lot of money for this treatment and didn’t even use half of the filler before being told it had expired. If clients are expected to know such important information, then your staff should actually communicate it clearly instead of pretending it was explained. What made the experience even worse was the communication afterward. Whoever manages the clinic’s WhatsApp seems more interested in sending copied ChatGPT responses than actually addressing the real concerns being raised. I was very understanding initially, but the way this situation was handled destroyed my trust completely. After this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning to this clinic again.

2 weeks agocame for the baby facial + salmon dna The facial doctor was professional, welcoming, and informative, she was the only positive part of my visit. The doctor who administered the salmon DNA injection, however, was abrupt and unprofessional. She walked in without greeting me and immediately tried to inject while I was clearly occupied. When I asked her to wait a few seconds, she responded, “dear, I have other patients,” which was unnecessary and disrespectful given I had a booked appointment. Even more concerning, no effort was made to show or verify the product being used (e.g., expiry date), which should be standard practice for any injectable treatment. Basic courtesy and transparency shouldn’t be optional.
