AVOID! Communication is absolutely terrible. Come in for a consultation for breast augmentation. My partner then paid a 2000AED deposit. Found out via instagram my surgeon no longer works there! Contacted the surgery to be told they had a new surgeon. Had a consultation with the new surgeon reluctantly. I then had to chase the clinic up on a number of occasions reference my surgery, any pre opp information, just anything! I had no communication from them at all! So unprofessional. Absolutely terrible customer service it completely worried me that I had chosen to undergo surgery by a clinic that not only changes your surgeon but also doesn’t keep in contact with you and you constantly have to chase! I was in direct contact with my new surgeon to try get any information reference my surgery and even he was shocked at the lack of communication and customer care. Because of this I decided not to go ahead with the surgery and was told I wasn’t even entitled to a refund! After they changed my surgeon without my knowledge! Absolutely shocking. In the end I was told they would refund me but it somehow takes 4 weeks?! And I would need to sign a non disclosure agreement?! Never heard of this before and it seems like the company don’t want clients to know what really goes on behind closed doors! I would avoid this company at all costs. They are now ignoring my messages and are ‘temporarily closed’ apparently for ‘maintenance’ but I have a strong feeling I will not be receiving my deposit back. Hopefully the clinic would like to contact me to resolve this and simply return me my deposit.

I had the Baby Skin Facial today with Marina, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Being around 5 weeks pregnant, I was naturally a little nervous about having a facial because of all the myths and conflicting information you hear about treatments during pregnancy. Her confidence and professionalism instantly helped me relax and actually enjoy the experience instead of worrying. I also loved how gentle she was with my skin. Even when it came to my blackheads, she didn’t use aggressive extractions or apply unnecessary pressure. Instead, she used a very gentle approach and a light extraction tool, It was obvious that she genuinely cared about both my skin and my pregnancy. By the end of the facial, my skin felt incredibly soft, hydrated, smooth, and glowing truly living up to the name Baby Skin Facial. If you’re pregnant and have been hesitant about booking a facial, Marina is definitely the person to see. I left feeling confident that I was in the best hands. Honestly the service is ridiculous. They have very good doctors but I’m sure will be out of clients very soon because the service is so bad. Booked an appointment for 2 PM and at 3.45 PM doctor was still busy. Other patients had the same complaints and the receptionist didn’t even apologize. No respect for people’s time at all.

I had a great facial session of the microneedling with exosomes. the clinic is clean with a beautiful interior and knowledgeable staff. Also loved the valet parking option
