6 months agoExtremely disappointed with their nail services Every time I got my nails done here, they started cracking and breaking from the root within just a few days. It’s not normal for gel nails to lift and break that fast — clearly poor quality products or lack of technique Their pedicures are even worse. Twice I ended up with painful infections because they were overly aggressive with the cuticle area. It was careless and unprofessional Definitely not coming back for anything nail-related

6 months agoAbsolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. Bridal makeup was cakey and dirty-looking . My hairstyle collapsed within an hour! Hair “treatment” left my hair even drier. Nail work? Breaks from the root after a week every time. Pedicure caused two times bad infections from aggressive digging. Hair coloring? Burned my hair. The stylist was rude, hit my eye multiple times without apology, and cut 10cm off without asking. If you care about your hair, face, or health — avoid this place at all costs.

6 months agoI visited Paion Beauty Center by myself and with my daughter. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming the most important though is that they very well trained and knowledgeable. Very smooth for manicure and pedicure. At body shape I have to say very very pleased!

6 months agoEven 1 star this salon doesnt deserve. I was never exposed to such unprofessionalism , lack of proper customer service , disrespect . I had an appointment today at 11am with one hair dresser which I specifically followed and used to cut for me in another salon , i followed him to this salon , booked and confirmed for booking. I arrived on time and even few minutes before , he wasnt there and the lady on reception kept on promising he’s on the way. And never got back with updates about specific time when he will arrive. I’ve wasted 45 mins waiting for him and yet didnt arrive nor the staff there are aware of what to do as he wasnt answering them. What made it worse is when i decided to leave they told me actually the salon opens at 12 ! What is this disorganization and unprofessionalism. I cant believe how they ruined my day. I wont go at all and wont recommend it neither! Dubai has millions of salons and i believe you should step up big time!
