I’ve been visiting Orskin Aesthetic Clinic for a year now, specifically Dr. Shagoon for treatments and Aigul for facials, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results; my face never looked better! Dr. Shagoon is very knowledgeable and incredibly attentive and thoughtful in her approach. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains every step clearly, and always tailors the treatments to my needs — not necessarily what’s ‘trending’. I am used to aesthetic clinics that usually pile up treatments and products for commercial reasons, so it is refreshing to be working with Dr. Shagoon who is very direct and targeted in her approach. She is also very kind and empathetic, which I really appreciate. As for Aigul, I can honestly say that her facials are the best I have ever had. She also recommends what is best for my skin (types of facials or products), and she is very diligent in her approach. She gives the best massages during facials. She also has a very kind soul which comes out in her work and her conversations. I feel so relaxed both physically and mentally after my facials with her! I highly recommend both Dr. Shagoon and Aigul - they are stuck with me forever!

I have been doing my treatments with Orsy for few years now. My face looks amazing. I wouldn’t change her for anything. Worth every penny. Tried many salons here in UAE but they have no clue what they are doing. Thank you ❤️ Will use the same technique as this customer who keeps updating her review. Update 1. Have known Orsi since 2019 when she started her business in a small room for therapy here in Dubai. She is a kind sweet person who has always been offering us good vibes, laughs and amazing facials. Please don’t lie about her and all the hard work she put in this place. Yes, not easy to book, she is very busy. But as for poor behavior, someone mentioned her slamming doors and being rude….well that’s not true. If you come to a place and act rude it’s normal that you’re left by yourself, I assume that’s what happened. I don’t think I can ever be worried about bad attitude or bad treatments there. Please try the clinic, yes it can be a 5-10 mins delay but I assure you it’s worth it. If you love quality like me, this is the right choice. Thanks ladies, all of you.
