a month agoI went to the resort for service with Captain Fahd, an Egyptian who is very clean in his dealings and has experience with all body muscles, injury rehabilitation and Moroccan bath service. I went many times to this employee and he is really a specialist. I recommend dealing with him.

2 months agoI went to this spa for service. An one Arab therapist there asked me for a tip in addition to the fee for the service. He said he was ready to provide those additional services. I think the management is also aware of this. I'm not at all satisfied with the service he provided. We only pay tip if we are satisfied with the service. I do not expect to receive your service again.

10 months agoI wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your spa. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service, particularly with the handling of online bookings. The response time has been significantly slower, and communication has not been as efficient as in the PAST. When ask why the person simply replied we are busy. Additionally, I have observed that the therapists currently working are not as skilled or experienced as those I had the pleasure of working with before. The overall experience, once a highlight, no longer meets the standards I’ve come to expect from your establishment. It’s truly disappointing, as I’ve always enjoyed visiting your spa. However, due to these changes, I will be seeking another spa for my future visits. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

a year agoThis was my first experience with Moroccan bath and I must say that visiting this spa exceeded my expectations. All the staff were very polite and helpful and most importantly therapist who did the massage and scrubbing was great. He made me comfortable and before applying anything he told me the usefulness of that product. He is an expert in his field and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you team and thanks ocean waves spa (highly recommended if you are going for men spa treatments )
