a month agoWhile the actual treatment was good, unfortunately the staff overcharged me by double and refuse to pay me back. The doctor told me I needed 1 session for the hips only. And then, the receptionist said it requires 4 applicators and charged me for 4 applicators. After I went inside, the nurse only used 2 applicators and said that the receptionist does not know how many is needed. I asked to be refunded the difference as the doctor recommended only 1 session as enough but they refused and pretended that they did not overcharge me and started lying unfortunately.
