in the last weekI am sharing my personal experience with NEW ME Clinic. The clinic informed me that I received approximately 2,100 mL of Deverra body filler over four months and 24 vials of Sculptra over three sessions. Unfortunately, I did not experience the meaningful or lasting results I expected. I tried to resolve the matter directly without requesting compensation for pain, recovery time or time away from work. I asked whether corrective treatment could be provided, but I did not consider the proposed resolution acceptable, particularly because it involved paying for additional treatments. I have repeatedly requested my complete medical records, including treatment notes, exact quantities, consent forms, product batch numbers, traceability stickers and Sculptra preparation records. As of the date of this review, I have not received the complete documentation requested. The clinic’s website lists Hello@newmeclinicdxb.com as its contact address. My formal request sent to that address was returned as undeliverable. I informed the clinic and requested a functioning official email address. I am now seeking an independent medical assessment and assistance through the appropriate formal channels. This review describes my personal experience and the information communicated to me by the clinic. I will update it if my complete records are provided and my concerns are addressed.
