a month agoI recently reached out to Versailles Spa & Salon to book an appointment using a valid Groupon voucher for a 90-minute service. While the initial response was prompt (Automated), there was no follow-up after I shared my details and requested a booking. Despite multiple messages, I did not receive any further reply. I’m not sure whether this was due to being a Groupon customer or simply an oversight, but the lack of communication was disappointing and made it difficult to proceed with the booking. I hope the team can improve their responsiveness and customer communication, as it plays a big role in the overall experience.

a month agoThe nails technician was great. Much appreciation for Priti's work. She was not only Professional but very welcoming. Not so impressed with the work of administrator. I was booked for the haircut but hairdresser wasn't even at work this day. Very disappointed.

a month agoAbsolutely the worst spa experience I have ever had. I had a confirmed appointment at 12:45 PM on Saturday, April 11, with Ms. Dipti at Versailles Spa in Aloft Hotel. Despite this, when I arrived on time, the place was completely empty. No staff, no reception, nothing. I waited for a long time hoping someone would show up, only to eventually find out that the spa was actually closed. What is shocking is that no one bothered to inform me in advance. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s a complete disregard for customers. To make things worse, my flight is tomorrow, and despite having a packed schedule and last-minute work, I made the effort to travel from far just for this appointment. All of that time and effort was completely wasted. This kind of service is unacceptable. No communication, no accountability, and zero respect for clients’ time. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
