in the last weekI’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a package and had one session remaining, but I had to delay due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. When I contacted them after I was able to return, they refused to honor my remaining session simply because the package had expired. There was no flexibility or consideration for my situation. What’s worse is that they are not responding to my calls or WhatsApp messages, which is very unprofessional. I paid for a full package and expected better customer care and understanding. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing, and I would not recommend this place.

Dr Dina was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain the treatment, listened carefully to my concerns, and ensured everything was tailored to achieve a natural, balanced result. The procedure itself was smooth and comfortable, and I felt I was in very safe hands throughout. I’m already seeing great results and would highly recommend Dr Dina to anyone considering aesthetic treatments.
