in the last weekIf I could give them half a star, I'd give it to them. My appointment is at 5 and I booked with a specific laser specialist, and I specifically mentioned her by name. I entered the clinic and waited ten minutes until they called me to register, which I did. On top of that, I waited 45 minutes to get in, and suddenly a different specialist called me. When they spoke to the one I usually deal with, she said it would take 15 minutes. Why book appointments in the first place if you can't handle patients getting in on time?! It's ridiculous, honestly. The service is completely unprofessional. And the employee who's supposedly in charge of the laser department came and told me that people book on weekends and there's no waiting during the week! No, there is a waiting. Every time I wait half an hour to get in. The overbooking system is pointless just for money! What's the point of making money if no one is satisfied with your services?
