I had one of the worst experiences at this parlour. I specifically asked for a good facial using fresh, untouched products, but the hygiene standards were absolutely horrible. The place felt dirty and unhygienic, which was very uncomfortable. The products used were cheap and low quality, nothing close to what you would expect from a professional salon. In the name of a manicure and pedicure, the staff literally only cut my nails and applied Vaseline as a moisturizer — no proper cleaning, care, or treatment at all. Everything felt rushed, careless, and extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was charged 440 AED, which is completely unjustified for such poor service. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone who values hygiene, quality, or professional service. Truly a waste of money and time.

The service itself is very good, and the staff are professional in their work. However, during my visit, I found the staff to be very noisy and speaking loudly among themselves, which affected my overall experience. Additionally, after I posted an honest review, I personally didn't like with how the response was handled, as I received a call that I found upsetting. Customers should be able to share their genuine experiences. I have visited many salons but have never had a similar experience like this.

I had a dissapointing experience last time I went, usually I love it. But the last week I had gone for a hair blow out , but it wasn't upto my expectations and was charged slightly more than what I am usually charged.
