a week agoI strongly advise everyone not to use My Doctor Healthcare. They are completely unprofessional and misleading. Their website claims you can “see a doctor at AED 199,” but I ended up paying almost three times that amount. The worst part was the IV drip service — the doctor never discussed any prices or got my consent before starting the treatment. When it came time to pay, the nurse said AED 850, but I was charged AED 8,500 instead. That’s outrageous and unacceptable. This company deceives people through their website and takes advantage of patients who trust them. There’s no transparency, no proper communication, and no respect for clients. I regret ever booking with them — please save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. The review above is my mother’s they did not allow her to publish on google review . When she tried to write her review it immediately marked not published but when I took the same message and published it, it worked

a week agoBe aware that they will charge you 10x-20x the cost of the actual charge for few IV and painkillers. They have charged us 13,000 for an IV and painkillers while my wife was in pain due to cramps which should have cost around 2,000 max!! Stay away from them at all cost. I will definitely take legal actions against them!

a week ago99% business 1% medicine. Came in 1:15 hour while saying 30 min on WhatsApp. 1 min examination and a « quotation » for 5 IV At more than 4000 aed. Need to be reported, poor service, bad attitude and zero humanity! They took my vitals because I ask them ! Waisting 350 aed for take medicine we all have at home.
