3 months agoI just had an incredible breathwork meditation here and thanks to Lucia who facilitated it. She guided us through deep breathing which gave me this calm and relaxing feeling. I came to the center feeling heavy but went home feeling lighter and transformed!

3 months agoWent for a breathwork meditation with Lucia and it was terrible. I used to go for similar sessions to their branch in Tecom with Afshan who was incredibly competent. Lucia, unfortunately on the other hand seemed immature and unsure of herself. The session was a waste of my time.
