a week agoHad a terrible experience trying to get a simple mani pedi. I called to book two appointments for myself and a friend and when we reached the salon , they did have the staff to cater to our request and were clueless that we were arriving. The owner who answered my call and made the booking was very unapologetic in her behavior and tone and top it all- I was over charged claiming they needed to charge me VAT, when the VAT amount was clearly Included. Will not go back to this establishment and don’t recommend the service at all.
