Lash and Brow station

I went here after recommendations from a friend, both me and my sister had an appointment at the same time and they asked me to come 15 minutes later which i agreed to, only to be told when i arrived that I have to wait for another 15 minutes. I ended up waiting for a full hour after my scheduled appointment and the only reason I didn’t leave was because my sister had already started her lashes so I forced to wait. after all of that it took her 2 hours to do something I didn’t ask for. my lashes were nothing like I asked and when i told her she said thats what i asked for and didn’t even take the time to understand why I didn’t like them obviously because her next client was also waiting outside. very disappointing first experience. won’t recommend nor will I come again

I recently did my lash extensions at this salon for the first time with Dina. Unfortunately, after the session I suffered a chemical burn around my eye area. The next morning, I couldn’t even open my eye and had to visit the emergency room and see a doctor. When I reached out to the salon via WhatsApp to explain that I was in pain, the person who responded told me it was “just redness from the lashes” and suggested using eye drops — despite me clearly saying that it was burning. I wouldn’t go as far as to complain unless I had already tried everything possible to manage it myself. When I later contacted the owner and shared doctor photos, she apologized but said it was “just a patch,” which was very concerning. Later, the branch offered me a free lash extension session as compensation — something that doesn’t reflect the seriousness of what I went through, including pain, time lost, medical costs, and emotional distress. Salons should never take such incidents lightly. This could have easily caused long-term damage to my eyesight, and I hope they take real action to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

This place is very professional. Their staff is very well qualified especially Audrey I love her she takes her time to do the eyebrows and perfects them every single time I advice to do your eyebrows with her!! She is very nice too!!
