3 months agoVery very rude staff, I asked for French the lady couldn’t even do French , lady called the owner and started to talk about me! My nails are not even and stuff never will be back here Worst experience ever They only had 3 colors !!!!

3 months agoI went to this salon for a year. Everything was fine until the moment when the masters changed. The old ones left, and new ones came, who do not know how to do nails and do not understand the products. After removing the gel polish, I asked to do my nails with regular polish. I don’t know what went wrong, but they did not dry. Even after 3 hours, they were still like plasticine. In the morning, they looked terrible and still not completely dry. I attached a photo of my nails in the morning. I also recommended this salon to my daughter. She had extensions, which were done very quickly, but they began to peel off and break after a week. Although she does not do any physical work. I am disappointed, since this was my favorite salon, with reasonable prices. And also, I contacted the salon administrator about such services, but I never received any response or apology. The service is zero.

3 months agoDone my manicure with them twice already and really satisfied. Quality work in less than 2 hours with great price. Would only wish there were more nail polish color options. Otherwise, keep it up 👏🏼

4 months agoI had a really disappointing experience at Iman Beauty and Brows. I went in for a nail appointment just one day before Eid, looking forward to getting my nails done and feeling prepared for the occasion. However, as soon as I arrived, I was made to feel uncomfortable about the length of my nails, the staff commented that my nails were too short and told me they couldn’t proceed with the service. No alternative options were offered, and I was simply told “sorry, we cannot do this.” I ended up leaving without getting anything done, which was frustrating and upsetting, especially so close to a special day. I expected better professionalism and care from a beauty salon, especially during a busy festive time.
