in the last week⭐️ 1 star I am sharing my experience so other patients can make an informed decision. I paid the full amount in advance for a surgical procedure at this clinic. The procedure was later canceled by the clinic because they were unable to process the surgeon’s DHA license. As the service was not provided, the clinic confirmed that a full refund was due. The clinic stated that the refund was initiated on December 19, 2025, however no refund has been received to date. Since then, the clinic owner has provided multiple specific dates for repayment, none of which were honored. I filed an official complaint with Dubai Economy & Tourism (Consumer Protection) on January 6, 2026. Even after intervention by DET and an additional commitment to refund by February 3, 2026, the payment was still not returned. I am currently residing outside the UAE and have had to continue escalating this matter due to the prolonged non-refund of payment for a service that was never delivered. I recommend that prospective patients confirm licensing, refund timelines, and payment policies in writing before making any advance payments..
