Sajini was an excellent therapist, but she is no longer here. Aysha was highly professional and managed both clients and the front desk very well. Both of them have left. a week agoOntario business bay. Worst centre I've experienced. Management and staff change every year, so there's zero consistency. There are never therapists available, and when I call for a slot they just say nothing's open — even though they sold me a package. Now they won't let me use the sessions I paid for. The new receptionist is also very rude with bad attitude. Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. Do not waste your money here. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

2 weeks agoVery bad experience at this centre. They sell wellness packages. When I call to book an appointment, they always say no therapist is available or no slots are available. While selling the package, they did not mention any validity period. Then suddenly, the centre claimed my validity had expired and I couldn’t continue my sessions. Worst management. When I spoke to the owner, he was extremely rude and harsh. Don’t go there. You will waste your money and won’t be able to use your sessions. Not recommended at all. Total waste of money. Do NOT go here."

The atmosphere is calm, peaceful, and very welcoming, creating the perfect space to unwind and restore your energy. The treatments feel authentic, professional, and deeply refreshing. Aysha and Sajini are the best, so kind, attentive, and truly skilled professionals, which I truly admire and adore.They made the whole experience incredibly comfortable and special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Ayurvedic care and a relaxing wellness experience!
