Despite maintaining a very healthy lifestyle—avoiding sugar, junk food, and processed items—my family and I did not achieve the results your team guaranteed during our initial consultation. Key Issues and Observations: • Discrepancy in Initial Measurements: During the initial BMI check, the figures recorded were higher than my actual weight. When I began my first session, a full kilogram was suddenly deducted to account for "clothing and external factors." This inconsistency in recording baseline data feels like an attempt to manipulate progress tracking from the start. • Unmet Guarantees: I specifically shared my goal of losing 6kg (moving from 62kg to 56kg). I was assured this was achievable. However, by the end of the sessions, I had only lost 2kg—weight which returned within 15 days. My husband and mother experienced the same negligible results. • Lack of Medical Supervision: I was told the process would be overseen by a doctor. However, by the sixth session, the doctor was unavailable for several weeks. When I followed up, I was eventually told she would no longer be visiting that specific clinic. • Failure to Honor Verbal Agreements: I was explicitly told that if the desired results were not achieved, the clinic would continue the treatment until the goal was met. This has not been honored. Conclusion: While I would like to commend the therapy staff—particularly Allani, who was professional and attentive—the overall management and the efficacy of the treatment fell far short of professional standards. I feel the investment made by my family was not respected, and the lack of transparency regarding the doctor’s availability and result guarantees is deeply concerning. I am sharing this experience so that other clients are aware of the importance of seeking clear, written documentation before committing to these programs.
