in the last weekOne of the worst haircuts I’ve had. I specifically asked for maximum layers and even showed a reference video, but I ended up with only 1–2 basic layers and zero face framing. The result looked nothing like what I requested. The entire appointment was uncomfortable — no consultation, no communication, basically silent for an hour. The hair wash was also poorly done; the assistant didn’t seem to know how to wash hair properly. I’m coming from NYC, and the difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Additionally, I was quoted 250 AED, but when I went to pay, the stylist suddenly changed it to 325 AED. When I questioned it, she got embarrassed and said she’d give me a “discount.” That should never happen. Overall, unprofessional, disappointing, and not worth the money. I would not recommend this place.
