They treated me very well and explained everything clearly during my dental filling. The treatment was done carefully and comfortably, and I really appreciated their patience and friendly attitude. a week agoYesterday night 01, September 2016,I came to Central Clinic, Around 7:40 in the evening, they do for me two types of injections and the reception ask me to pay for 150aed, what I know this is including my insurance then I talk to the receptionist Jinky why do I need to pay this so much and she told me I need to take the package GWC or other and I selected the GWC and receptionist she told me I will pay only 360aed all then I asked Midecal Sick leave Certificate and the receptionist she told me to pay first the 360aed then I told her why do I need to pay now I can come tomorrow to do the GWC receptionist she told me Doctor Nivedita she’s not give me Medical Sick Leave Certificate if I will not pay 360aed because tomorrow different Doctor will do for me tomorrow, I’m shocked what she told me, that time I’m too much angry then after I came out to treatment room I asked my SICK LEAVE CERTIFICATE then she told me I need to go to ask my Doctor, but already in the reception 🥲 This is very bad, experience at all and first time I have this experience since 2010 I’m in Abu Dhabi
