It was quite smooth and good. Doctor Aswathy was very nice she put all the attention during the full session with her assistant nurse, very accommodating and active. And you'll be happy with the result of your session later on.

Cleaning and polishing session ... Dr. Sana was amazing, and I’m very happy with the results. I will definitely book with her again for the filling. However, I was disappointed with the pricing communication. The offer showed prices starting from 69, then I was told on WhatsApp that it starts from 99. When I arrived, reception said it starts from 115 and would be confirmed after the doctor’s consultation. Dr. Sana then confirmed 180, which I accepted. But after the session, reception told me the final amount was 190. The service itself was great, but the pricing was not clear from the beginning, and this felt unprofessional. I would suggest making the prices clearer upfront to avoid confusion for patients.

My worst experience ever,i scheduled whitening session only to reach at the clinic the dentist asking again what i had come to do that where I knew this will not go well Only to go inside finding a paper ready for to sign without any explanation till iasked what im signing for then got reply from someone who seemed to be on training (it’s consultation paper) which iwas surprised on how can i sign something yet the dentist haven’t explained anything regarding the procedure?then the dentist said I should sign he will explain After was asked to lay on the bed to start the procedure,again had to ask is it painful then the dentist said let me examine will let you know before iknow it all they had started the procedure In the process they started arguing with his workmate (maybe the student)as he was making mistakes hmmmm,in the process I started feeling tooth sensitivity itold the dentist I’m feeling pain so he had to ask me do you have tooth sensitivity mam and I said yes the only reply was you would have informed us before starting this procedure here comes my question what is the meaning of consultation if you the professional you didn’t explain all this to me? Luckily they finished but still the(student)did the final touches as the dentist is on his mobile watching TikTok not even to come and Check how the final result are nothing only to ask me to take some painkillers as will be having sensitivity for some days with out any doctors prescription Nothing so how can one purchase strong painkillers here without doctors prescription?? Pls let’s not play with people’s lives just all because of the little money they paid,if you value money than giving the best to your patient then remove those sessions the one you think it’s cheap
