This information should have been checked and communicated before making me wait. It caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and wasted time. I expected better communication and customer service.

in the last weekVery disappointing customer service. Patients shouldn’t have to call repeatedly just to follow up on their test results. If there is an issue with insurance or processing, the clinic should inform the patient proactively instead of making them wait over 24 hours with no update. Better communication and professionalism are definitely needed.

2 weeks agoIm so disappointed with the receptionist today 7/6/26.im done with my gp checked up he asked me go to reception to collect my precription.i had my urine test too..i asked the reception if i have the urine test she said yes just wait for the approval i sent the request..its been 20 min or more past still she didnt call me.so i called the insurance but they said the clinic didnt sent them the request.i asked again the reception and she said she will send ot now.what??if i didnt call the insurance i wouldnt know that sue never sent a request to the insurance!!!but i saw some other patient that was came late than me they do their test already what kind of service u have?u will intertain first your own race then the others wait until they all finished?god'!i never done mg urine test i left the clinic bcoz from 4 pm its almost 6 she never call my name for the lab test!!!so annoying!!!!
